Continuous delay in the service of the microwave oven.

Name of company/service: Panasonic microwave oven

We have been using a panasonic microwave oven since the past 2-3 years. Recently we bought a new microwave of the same company but its trackpad got spoilt within a month or so. Its been more than 20 days since we have lodged a complain but no one has turned up to replace the same. We are facing a lot of inconveniences because of that.
