NDPL has removed my meter no K46205196358 which was in running condition when I left Delhi Flat no
31-c,PLATINUM ENCLAVE,sector-18,Rohini,New Delhi in May 2011.
and started charging on average basis.
Irequest you to instuct the NDPL,Rohini to reinstall the same meter to ssettle the issue on the basis of reading.

    NNDPL has removed the meter to justify the chrges on the basis of average as I was not staying in the flat since May2011.NDPL has taken this action without giving any notice and verifying from the society/neighbours.
