Consultant is fake and i need refund

Dear friends,
I’m jayachandhiran one day Pacific recruitment consultant contact and arrange interview to ST engineering ltd from Singapore.
Afterwards they give offer letter and asking 95000 for visa process .I attended interview on company original number +6567221818 so olny i believe and give amount but almost 7 months completed but still now i didn’t get visa.
Consultant number not reachable and switched off in last 1 month. 15 days ago singapore number +6567221818 hr contact with me and said give me 10 days visa process still going afterwards no response. But 100% i think they all are cheating and fake.
If anybody knows any way please tell me how to return get my money 95000 and complaint that fake people.
Guys please don’t believe consultant
