Name of company/service: TATA AIG General Insurance
This is in reference with the n number of calls (not 10 , 20 or 30) within a span of 2 months by TATA AIG executives from different numbers and different executives, related to the insurance of my CAR (Hyundai, Santro).
Inspite of my disinterest and request for not calling me again regarding this. I have been receiving calls from TATA AIG executives continuosly. On an average 1-2 calls daily for almost 2 months or more on my phone number.
When I complain about why they are calling when shown my disinterest, told that they are new and not aware about previous calls made to me. Which creates unccessary confusion and wastage of my time to explain again n again why I dont require the services.
Through you I like to let the company not to bother once said no on phone again n again. They could have mailed the contact information in case like to avial the services in the future.
