This is to inform you that I have placed an order for Mi LED TV 4 PRO 138.8 cm (55) through mi.com website on 10/10/2018. MI has appointed the Delhivery Pvt Ltd couriers service for the shipment of the consignment with the (AWB No.1701710784033). The consignment was picked from MI warehouse from 14/10/2018 and the date for the delivery of the consignment was 20/10/2018, but I have not received the consignment till date, when I track my delivery status through the Delhivery website site the status of the consignment shows that it is still in Banglore_Nelmngla_H (Karnataka) on 16/10/2018 and the status was not updated on his website till date. I phoned so many times to the delhivery office through helpline no. 91 (124) 6719500 but the phone was always busy also I have wrote an email to the customer care mentioning the problem that I am facing, even I have complaint over the twitter too but no reply from the delhivery side. The consignment status is not updated till date. Today on 21/10/2018 when I track the status of my consignment I am surprised to see that the delivery date was vanish from their website as it was displaying on 20/10/2018.
I have contacted the MI also they said they are looking into the matter and they will get in touch with me very soon but no response from their side.I am very disappointed with the services of the delhivery courier services and MI too also.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out in this matter.
