Dear Sir
I am suppose to receive consignment from Silchar Assm to Chennai, which sent on 13.06.12 till now i have received, when i contact customer service, they are not guided properly. This is not the way they behave to the customer. They ask me to wait 24hour time, complain give to concern departpment. I am helpless now, please help me to receive my consignment.
