I was Using idea number since from more than 4 years.the number is 9926091262.some days back ZI lost my cell and the number was switched off for 15 to 20 days.I purchased a new cell on 16th Oct 2011 and entered the same sim in that the number was ok.on 18th Oct.2011 the number was suspend by the company.when we talk on customer care they replied that your number was switched off for more than 90 days,so your number has been recycled and given to other user.I am having proof that my number was not switched off for more tha 90 days.I approach to the customer care through mail too but the reply was same and they suggesting me to take another number.As I am using the number since from more than 4 years all my friends and relatives are associated with the same number.company has handed over my number to another person without intimating me.I want my number back.
