Since past 25 days I am not getting Internet. I had registered complaint more than 10 times, but the problem was not rectified, Every time I call they say it will be rectified in 24 hrs. but till date it was not done and from the past 2-3 calls, customer care person stopped sending me the ticket numbers also.
Since the customer care person is unable to rectify the problem, I asked him to connect to the superior official, but they keep on saying, he is busy on other call and they say, we will arrange a call back in half an hour to 1 hour, but till date I haven’t got any call from the customer care.
Kindly, take some legal action on this company.
