I am customer of hathway internet services.My Account No their is 273380. I have been facing problem of frequent disconnection in my internet connection. I have lodged an complaint 7 times with Hathway’s Customer Care. They promised me that the problem will be resolved within next 24hrs. Since then I have logded the complaint about the same problem at least 7 times. Never their engineer approached. The same problem still persists. Also a couple of times the executive at the call center has disconnected the call.
