Name of company/service: Vodafone
I chose Vodafone as my service provider hearing about its good service and customer friendliness. But I was wrong.Its a worst company. I bought a sim from local store and shopkeeper activated my sim. After three, four days my connection was deactivated and I inquired about the fact. The shop keeper asked me to submit the address proof again. I submitted it. It has been more than 12days I submitted the document, my connection is not activated till today.
Please suggest me something. I want to take some legal steps against the company and the local Vodafone distributor.
