connection no installed and no refund

Location/place: 1360 sector 17c, gurgaon

Name of company/service: reliance broadband

Dear Sir,

Almost one and half month back I opted for a reliance broadband connection for which I paid Rs. 1150 to the sales person. However despite making me wait for almost 3 weeks no internet connection was installed. The reason given was that there the technical team has denied to installed broadband line.

Since that day I have been requesting Reliance to refund my money, but they have not done so. I have been regularly sending them emails but to no avail

Please look into the matter ASAP.
