Connection Charge non refundable but connection is not activate after 40 days of taken a postpaid sim

Dear, Sir,

I’m Abhishek Hazra from kolkata. I brought a Aircel mobile post paid connection from a reputed Aircel Stores at salt lake city center 1 on 14th March, 2013. My billing details are below :

Amount : 300

On my billing date your representative told me that my connection will be active within 72 hrs. But till now my connection is not activate also I don’t getting any network signal on my mobile. Your representative who came to my home for my address verification his attitude was very worst. And after all when he called me up he haven’t any politeness in his call. He totally refused me to go my home for address verification because when he called me up, I didn’t pick up his phone. In this time I’m busy in meeting at my office. After that when I called back your executive, he was totally talking with me in a high sound over the phone. But at the end of the day he came to my home for my address verification & he was talk to my uncle who was present in my home on that time.
After that, when I came at your aircel stores in city center 1. The store center manager told me that on that day my address verification was negative as a result my connection was not activate for that reason. And he would take a several minutes to resolved my problem & called back me. But, 4 days was gone, he didn’t call me up.
After 10 days when I came back that aircel store… The store manager told me that connection could not activate…my connection charged Rs. 300/- was gone. It’s non refundable. So, I want my money back…
