i have purchase window ac of samsung model no AWTKAXT 1.5 ton vide invoiceno 11990 dt 21/04/2008 from rahul electonics pvt ltd sv road goregaon west mumbai.From last 2 days i have seen in my ac the compressor does not work for more than 30 seconds i have complain to samsung india wide complain no 8428039311 dt 16/07/2012 one of person from service center mr chetan phone no 02258711882 that the compressor has to be changed with full payment to be made for changr of of compressor in my complain with samsung the person told me the compressor is in guarantee period an will be replace free of charge as it is written in their gurantee card which clearly mention compressor guarantee is of 60 month from the date of purchase as in my case the rude talk of service center person clearly understand how this mnc samsung india is working if any damage is done by myself to the compressor if any one proof i wii say sorry an say no to change my compressor now i request the consumer form to take this complain an do the needful an request yhe samsung india to go by words an dont fool the customer as they want for their marketing trik.
