I have purchased BSNL 3G from Bajirao Road Telephone Exchange in the year 2010. For the first year the bill was received to the tune of Rs.200 to Rs.500/- after one year i.e. from Aug. 2011 they have raised the bill to the tune of Rs.2400/- for one month. They have change the plan for me on their own and charged me roaming charges for using the same 3G in Mumbai.
I have talked to their accounts section and the bill was reduced to Rs.1700/- and I have paid the same. But in the next month, I have again received the bill to the tune of Rs.2500/- then I refused to pay the said bill because this kind of bill is charged unnecessarily not after using the card in Mumbai.
Now they have sent me the notice of court saying that they will file the complaint against me and recently they have sent the letter to me for paying these charges i.e. after a year or so and they have stopped the BSNL3G in the year 2011 itself without intimating to me.
You are requested to make note of the same and ask them to stop such fullishness as their billing is not understandable.
