As a consumer of bihar electricity board and regular bill payer on time consumer has right to avail good facility from board. But we are getting non pre information power cut from board in patna and danapur.we know it is not possible for continous power supply. But as consumer we should have pre information regarding 9 am to 11 am power cut will be in this area via newspaper. There should no power cut without pre information, time of power cut strically followed and there should no power cut in night espacially in summer season and peak hour of bussiness.
