Hon’ble Sir/Madam,

I want to Lodge a Complaint against Reliance Communication for wrongly charging the net usage and providing the Bad customer service to his customer by neglecting them.

Below is the Problem I am facing from near about last two week

I found that my Net Usage Balance was automatically increased without using the net usage on my MDN 9699963535 between dated 05/05/2012 to 10/05/2012.

So I called Reliance Customer Care between dated 05/05/2012 to 10/05/2012.

I spoke with your Executive and tell that automatically my unbilled balanced is increasing, the Executive told me that it nothing but you are being charged for the Monthly Rental on daily basis.

I was not satisfied with this executive so I called again and spoke with the Lady Executive and tell the same history, and also told that any service is activated in my plan or not ? She told me no service is activated. So I asked her to take complaint to stop the automatically net usage and take the complaint for waived off for the amount which has been wrongly charged. But she told me that it is not possible to take complaint on that day giving the reason that your monthly bill is not yet generated. She told and give assurance me to wait till the bill generated. Once the bill will generated we will waived off your money which has been wrongly charged.

I wait till the bill generated, and again call the customer care for the waived off by wasting my Valuable Time.
But the Complaint has been taken but the resolution provided by make me unsatisfied. No money was waived Off.

Due to the Negligence form your side and Incorrect Assurance and Information, I have to Suffer from Mental Stress, Financial Loss, Educational Loss and also Wastage of my Valuable Time.

I had also Contact to Customer care through mail but they are not providing me correct information, just they are neglecting me.

All such reason and reply are wasting my valuable time, it also disturbing in my studies.
Due to such type of service I am suffering from mental stress. Educational Loss and Loss of Time.
