complete misbehaviour and fraud

I got a deal from this website www.100bestbuy.com that i will get a samsung galaxy grand for Rs 699/- . I registered for it twice but they say it is only once. Even my bank says the money has been withdrawn via credit card twice. They say that this money (only Rs 699 and not Rs 1389) has been converted to credit points. Even that was fine and I ordered a Xpress Polo Black T-Shirt with Red Lion Logo but i have been sent an Attitude At 18 Urban Polo
Men T-Shirt Red. What is the use of shopping on the website if I do not get the delivery I
purchased? First of all the delivery reaches me after a period of more than a month of booking and then what I get is a wrong product. They even do not reply to e-mails regarding the wrong delivery. The customer care also does not speak when the complaint is told and they simply disconnect the call. It’s enough and I want the right thing to be done.
