This is to highlight the very pitiable service being provided by LG A/C customer support in Noida.
on 8th JUNE, 11th June and 12th June 2012. we were given RNA 120608052993 as acknowledgement for the service call on 8th june. then on following up repeatedly, the LG service said we have register once again as they have lost track of the earlier compliant. they have now given another service ticket vide RNA 120611069320 ON 11th and remindeed them again on 12th. Till date there is no response and the glaring deficeencies of LG has to be brought to the notice of all as the same treatment is being metted to all LG customers at Noida . Kindly please help us getting the support and request LG to show true customer care.
