I am struggling to get my washing machine repaired fro the last 2 months. whenever i lodge a complaint , the complaints are getting closed without resolution. it took them 1.5 months to get the machine dispatched to service center & its 2 weeks now, machine is not returned back after repair. I have written mail to whirlpool care center but except assurance, no result.
Today also, again my previous complaint is closed & when i called whirlpool call center, i have been given again a new complaint number.
now, I am not in a position to continue with them any more, please suggest how can u help me?
