Hi I had purchased a c2-06 in sep last year and since then the phone has been given for repairs 4 – 5 times. The issue with the phone is that every time i try to go online using my handset it gets infected with virus, there is no anti virus or support available online hence the phone has to be given for repairs every time i try using online services on my handset which is great inconvenience, as the worst part is that I loose data every time. I have complained to nokia and am seeking complete refund of the cost of the phone but they are not willing. This is a clear case of deficiency of service wherein nokia has made a phone that allows you to use online services but when you try doing it your phone becomes useless. please help.
