Sir, I have purchased New Hero Splendor by paying full cash, when I had taken the delivery there were two scratches on the vehicle, the dealer said they will replace in 3 days by calling me for which they havent called me yet and are not even responding now. when I went to showroom, they were shouting and yelling on me and they took extra money from me, they said the gift plus card is provided by Hero company and the company itself will be sending me directly. When I enquired with other showrooms, they said this will be issued by the dealer itself and not the company. Please help me in this regard.
