This is my second bad experience with rediff Shoping . It seems to me that the companies has no space for ethical practices and their committing fraud after fraud. Previously I had ordered an apple earphones and to my dismay duplicate Samsung headphones were delivered to me. This time I had ordered a prestige toaster and it’s evident through the invoice sent to me by rediff. But, I was shocked to see that instead of prestige toaster a poor quality and worn out local toaster was shipped by rediff under the packing of prestige. Hi, After several visit to samsung service center still I am facing problems in my cell phone. I regret why did I buy samsung cell phone? Since the very 1st day I am facing problem in samsung phone . I had ordered a product on SNAPDEAL in the month of june, i received an used product, upon supervisor’s request i sent the product bearing the courier charge on 31st July for which i got a delivery proof aswell. From then on snapdeal people are playing around telling they havent received the product till date and once in a week im calling and whenever i call i spend minimum 20rs for which there is no response from their end. Hello, I have bought a Golden Retriever puppy from OLX. The seller Chirag Singh. His site is (http:// olx.in/i2/item/we-have-beautiful-breeds-IDYaZeX.html). So I selected a puppy and asked him to send it to me. Chirag asked me to transfer Rs. 5,000 to his SBI account ( 20180204316 ). I transferred the full payment to his account. After 2 days he contacted me, that is on the day of delivery saying that the pup got sick so he can’t ship it to me, which I agreed to wait for three days before shipping him. Also, he said me that he is from Indore and coming all over to Lucknow to deliver to me. ( He is actually from Allahabad, which mouth slipped from his talks). During that time I called my Vet, he said that not to purchase the pup as constant puking for 3 days is a health hazard and ask the seller to take a picture of Pup’s prescription. So, I contacted the seller asking for prescription. He never sent me one. After a day, I asked him to cancel the order and refund me this happened on Saturday. He said that he will transfer it on Monday as he was busy with his work on Saturday and wouldn’t be able to make it before noon and it is holiday on Sunday. I agreed to it. After that on Monday he said that he wants a grace period of 2 more days i.e, on 30 September, 2015, Wednesday as he is travelling to Hyderabad. I granted him that too. Afterwards, he said me yesterday that he can’t even transfer on 30 September, 2015.
Now, Shall I report this to Consumer Branch or Cyber Cell?

I have sent as many as e-mails regarding excessive bill raised by Reliance against Data Card no.9883733729 but not a single reply came to me. I have been paying fixed monthly charges for Rs.114.50 on the confirmation of Reliance Customer Care. But very recently they have sent a bill for Rs.219.00 instead of Rs.114.50. In this connection I have sent several e-mails regarding the enhancement of bill but no body answered my reply. In the mean time I have paid for Rs.115.00 . Again they have sent a bill for Rs.491.00. I have also sent e-mails to customer care but nobody replied. I have paid the full amount of the bill and I have sent request through his Representative for termination of line. Again they have sent a bill for Rs.482.00 instead of termination of line. I feel anxious with their behavior and convinced they trapped the common man with their sweet word. I would request you to help me to surrender the net connection otherwise I have to go to the nearest police station for lodging the complaint against their attitude. Reliance post paid connection is a headache one. People should remember.
I have purchased a Cello Air cooler (50Ltr tower) on April 2016 for the price of INR 9600.00. Within 10days of purchase of air cooler the water sprinkling from the cooler and my bed got full wet, afterthat the tank cover is coming out when the water tank is almost full and its getting shock if we touch the cooler. I have called the customer care to 18001025778 on May 3, 2016 and registered my complaint and complaint no is CAAC 160503013. They have sent me the contact name and contact number of service provider they will contact me regarding this. Mr. Tyagraj – 9880591451 this person has not called me and when i called him he has not responded. Again on May 12, 2016 i have called the customer care and asked the status about my complaint he informed that there was a service provider and we discontinued the service with them. Further they have sent me new service provider contact name and contact number – Mr. Mohd Ikramulla – 9738112489 i called him several times he recieves the call and inform that he will visit in one or two days but he not visited till now. Again i called the customer care on May 17, 2016 regarding this, they informed that to contact to this number – 022-40859200 they are senior management they can get resolve the issue. I tried this number several times but no response and sometimes it was busy tone. Again i contacted Mr. Mohd Ikramulla on May 18, 2016 he received the call and given other number to contact Mr. Aslam – 9066786725 then i have called to Mr. Aslam he informed me i will visit within one or two days but till now no one has visited and repaired my air cooler. I was fed up with this service provider and Cello company so i am giving complaint to you regarding this kindly help me and give suitable solution at the earliest.

I am a defence service officer of more than 25 years uniform service. If this my experience, please assume how this company will handle a less educated common man.
I have ordered a Refrigerator(Brand Whirlpool) online on exchange of my old working fully serviceable Refrigerator on COD on 14 May 17.
They delivered a broken and damaged Refrigerator on 18 May 17. Asked for replacement immediately. They intimated over phone and sms, that the replacement is organized and will be delivered by 22 May 17. On 22 May 17, they say not possible it will be 29 May 17. Again on 24 May 17, they say, they will pick-up damaged fridge and they will decide about delivery of replacement later. May deliver on 02 Jun 17. In the mean time n number of false commitments of calling back, never bother to call back. No hesitation in telling false stories. When proved they are wrong, will tender tons of sorry and blame their own invisible system.
Spoken to multiple authorities at customer care, Team Leader Chatterjee, Escalation team multiple members . They say they are at fault, coolly tender tons of apologies about their mistakes and can’t help for the delay because they got a system like that.
My old working fully serviceable refrigerator is with them. My money is taken already. They want to pickup the broken refrigerator and say they will take a call on replacement later. When requested atleast give the old refrigerator for use till new refrigerator provided to me, they say NOT POSSIBLE. But as a customer I have to give all the items to them without any guarantee. The system is that they will keep customer money, customer’s old refrigerator and carry their broken refrigerator and no guarantee and clear time line will not be provided for the anything.
When the agonies of my family was brought out, the team at flip-kart was arrogant to return back zero resolution and informed me to go report to any level of police or legal. When I asked one of customer executive,
‘Is not a problem to live in the peak of summer without a refrigerator and what type hardships the family need to undergo, what is his opinion, he says he will not have any problem and he wait till the company deliver the refrigerator. This is the empathy and sympathy level extended by the staff at Flip-kart.
I have taken up case in all forums about this irresponsible and zero service minded company who don’t have smallest empathy for the customer’s hardships.

Hey there my name is Vicky, so this all happened yesterday I received a call from laxmi nagar consultancy name WS campus they asked me are you looking for a job I said yes even I asked them is there is any charges they clearly stated NO so I believed them and went there on the same date, when I reached there it was just this normal house, sat there for a few minutes and got called by one of their HR asked me questions then asked me to pay 700rs that moment I refused and walk away, on my way to home I replied to that msg where there is that company address that you’re looting people asking them to pay 700 bucks, received a msg from their side full of abusive words and convo went on, then received a call from their side where there was a guy asked me stop messaging you, in a bad manner. I’m really pissed off I don’t know whom to contact to shut that fraud consultancy down they are looting so many innocent jobless people! please help

My Complaint is regarding vodafone services and billing and most importantly their behavior towards the consumer. I have been using this Vodafone number for more than 3 years after using the number as prepaid for the first year I converted it to postpaid. Due to work I had to travel abroad five months ago so I checked with Vodafone about the roaming packages and they had three different Iroam packages from which I took the 7days package initially to check the network coverage and level of service Vodafone is providing. Post satisfactory level of services that I received from Vodafone in 7days package I opted for 28days package every month since then. However my bill for the 23days in first month in roaming without iroam package for 23days was note more than 15000/-. Which I paid before time as I always do. Post that every month I call the Vodafone customer service to reactivate my iroam package for 28 days and I did same in the end of June however this time it was something additional that I complaint about to Vodafone customer service. That was sms alters which I had never subscribed. Iroam package has unlimited incoming & outgoing call along with unlimited data for 28days and prior to June I never received any sort of alert on my number regarding my usage. Considering the history I contacted Vodafone care again and complaint them about the alert that I have been receiving for which they gave me the complaint number as 450384352 and I was told by the Vodafone care executive that it’s happening due to technical error and he mentioned about I getting charge excessively due to technical error from Vodafone side also requested me to ignore the messages. On the same call I checked my iroam package expiration and requested reactivation.
Next morning I received a call from Vodafone asking the status of my complaint which was not resolved. Next day in the afternoon I received a sms stating that my usage has reached to INR: 11000/-.
I didn’t ignored the message as it was told by the Vodafone customer service executive that these charges will be waved off as it’s due to technical error. Next morning when I woke up I saw no network on my phone and read a message from Vodafone that I have exceeded the approximately INR: 27000/- credit limit. Which was not possible for me generate a bill of 16000/- overnight particularly when I was asleep. This was the first case.
Now after that I contacted the Vodafone care from my local number of UAE so they took my complaint again and complaint number for that is 455785870. I had all the conversation recorded and screenshots of the messages sent to the Vodafone nodal officer of Mumbai and to Vodafone care. However I did not receive any response from them yet except the auto generated acknowledgement. I asked my brother in Mumbai to visit gallery and shared all the evidences with him so that issue will get resolve. My brother visited gallery and made me spoke with Vodafone gallery people. I explained them everything they even heard the recordings and saw the screenshots they as well took the complaint, number of which is with my brother. As per the Vodafone gallery people I was supposed to receive the resolution in 48hrs however It’s been 4 days now and my services are completely interrupted. Yet there is no response from Vodafone.
In the morning today when I called Vodafone I was asked to pay the remaining balance of aprox INR: 27000/- which is due to Vodafone technical issues.
I request the consumer court and humbly appeal to give me justice and resolve my issue. As Vodafone is forcing me to pay the amount which had occurred due to their technical issues.
Navigers connecting services pvt ltd based in Bangalore is a travel company and Transin logistics Pvt Ltd Hyderabad headquartered (with Bangalore as office) is it client. Transin obtained travel services on credit for many months but on last occasion they took services of 1,00,900 and paid only 30,000 and rest they are not paying, not replying to any communication and the CEO Malothu Vijay Kumar has turned very “abusive” and doesnt pick the call and if he does he will abuse.

I also have complaint to ABN Amro bank, there matter is year 2006-7 whereas i was paid full amount of my credit balance towards loan amount, there was no any call received from ABN Amro Bank from 2007-09 and Bank also closed in 2009.

they ask me balance due amount pending and due to this issue my CIBIL score shown negative. But i was made complete payment in year 2007 nothing balance as per my end.
