This is in regards to a purchase of Wagon R lxi purchased from Rana Motors ( Tees Hazari Metro Station ).I have made the payment of 186000 including accessories ( central locking system + extra speakers sony ) and rest is Financed through Axis Bank externally .While making a transaction Mr Naveen kumar has offered me Corporate Discount of 6000 rs with HCL in presence of Mr Akshay Kumar ( Astt. Team Leader ) , He said its a gift for you , He took the ID card of me of HCL to get the photocopy.I have spent 6000 more on accessories considering the discount offered at that point in the total cost at that point of time time by the Representative ( Naveen) Mr Naveen Pitched in for Speakers and Central Locking system .But after some time when i paid for accessories and got them installed on Car ,Mr. Naveen called me to told me that , they are not able to offer me the Discount as there is some problem with the DMS Tool , He asked me to Pay 6000 more to get the delivery of the car and asked me to sign on piece of paper . In short neither i got the discount which i was offered initially and I was asked to Pay Rs 6000 more . In Short i was cheated of Rs 12000/- on the name of Discount and accessories .or was setup by the staff
I would like to get my Discount offered to me in first place and the compensation for harassment from Maruti and Rana Motors Staff . I have all the documents required
