I , Renu Rai had placed an order V DOT, BLACK TEXTURED SLIM FIT FORMAL TROUSER, SIZE:32 on Thu, 21st Jun 2018 at 8:09 pm from JABONG.COM by paying Rs.1285.90 online.
I got the delivery on dated 30th Jun 2018. Some how the SIZE WAS TOO SMALL and raised for EXCHANGE in SIZE:34. I had booked for EXCHANGE the order of BRAND NAME V DOT, was delivered THE BRAND OF JOHN PLAYERS and TROUSER IN USED CONDITION on 5th JUL 2018.
Contacted to the CUSTOMER CARE for the same and ask them for refund because i got WRONG PRODUCT AND ALSO IN USED CONDITION. Customer Care Executive NAME WAS AMIT asked me for PICTURES OF WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY. I SENT THE PICTURES ON SAME DAY AND HE TOLD THEY NEEDS 6 WORKING HOURSE TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE.
I WAITED FOR MORE THAN 48 HOURSE NO RESPONSE FROM JABONG SIDE.
ITS FAULT OF JABONG, THEY WANT THE CUSTOMER TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AS THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
I CALLED AGAIN AND ONE OF ITS EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 4 DAYS TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE AND TO CHECK WHETHER IS IT THE MISTAKE OF CUSTOMER OR NOT , THAT MEANS THAT THEY YOU STILL BELIEVE THAT IT MY FAULT THAT I CHOOSE JABONG. AGAIN I WAITED FOR MORE THAN 4 DAYS AND AGAIN CALLED JABONG CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THE SAME AD WILL UPDATE ME IN NEXT 24HOURS TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANT CALL, SMS OR EMAIL FOR THE SAME.
RATHER THEN SOLVING THE ISSUE JABONG CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE’S APPROACH WAS TO JUST GET ESCAPE FROM THIS ISSUE.THOUGH IT IS THEIR MISTAKE .THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE AT ALL.
JABONG IS JUST PLAYING WITH THE MONEY AND WITH EMOTION OF CUSTOMER.
SO PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST JABONG.COM
SO WITH THIS EMAIL, I AM REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS WEBSITE (JABONG.COM) TO SOLVE MY ABOVE MENTIONED ISSUE.
