Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband Service
I subscribed to tikona broadband service in April-2012 with a plan of unlimited usage having speed of 512kbps. The Agent tried to hide the fact that after using 54Gb of usage my speed will be reduced within a range of 200kbps-512kbps. I came to know about this fact after my speed was greatly reduced. Still after lodging many complaints my broadband speed is in the range of 80kbps-200kbps. Everytime i call the customer care i get a new excuse alongwith that they keep my call on hold for 10-15minutes. Sir/Madam i am deeply hurt and mentally harassed by Tikona Broadband service. They are ill treating me since my internet speed got reduced. Kindly help me.
