COMPLAINT REGARDING THE ICICI BANK GIFT CARD.

SIR,
THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT,THERE WAS WRONG REDUCTION OF MY BALANCE FROM MY ICICI
BANK GIFT CARD. ON 14/06/12 AND TIME-22:47approx. I USED MY CARD AT NEW MADRAS
HOTEL ,7 KHANNA MARKET, LODHI COLONY, BUT DUE TO SOME PROBLEM THE THE MACHINE
THERE DIDN’T ACCEPTED THE CARD AND THE SLIP ALSO DID NOT COME OUT,SO I GAVE THE
PAYMENT BY MY UNIVERSAL COUPONS WHICH I HAVE….IT WAS VERY EMBARRASSING AS THE
CARD WAS NOT WORKING, AND AFTER SOME TIME I RECEIVED A SMS FROM ICICI BANK THAT
560 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY CARD… BUT I DIDN’T GET THE SLIP AND ALSO IT WAS
NOT SIGNED BY ME ,AS THE SLIP WAS NOT OUT AND IT WAS MY 2ND TRANSACTION,FURTHER
DETAILS ARE BELOW:-
