Complaint regarding solution of problem with my aircel no. which is yet unsolved due to mis-informing by your aircel customer executives.

I PUSHPENDER SINGH using a aircel no. 9716138243 from last couple of years was being switched off for about more then 6 months resulting in conditional deactivation of no. So in last 4-5 days i thought of again using this number so i recharged it with Rs. 50. but my no. was incoming and outgoing blocked. So, i later came to know about the aircel’s policy of deactivating a number after unused 6 months..

So for resolving this i contacted the customer care executive on 121 by my deactivated no. (9716138243) for the first time

First Executive:
He said that this problem can be resolved if u make a recharge of rs. 200., i.e. rs 150 more because you already have recharged of Rs. 50 then talk to us again and your no. will be activated again in 4 hours. I said OK.

After making a recharge of 150 more i contacted aircel customer executive again for the second time

Second Executive:
Yes, your problem will be resolved in 72 hours, and you complaint no. is (1-8572841596)

then i contacted after 72 hours when my no. was not activated.

Third Executive:
I asked whats the status, she said u have to make a recharge of Rs. 200 completely, then you no. will be activated. so i was shocked on this kind of misinforming, so i said previously i was informed something different and i performed the way they told me. so i gave my complaint no. to check the status of it. she checked my complaint no. and said that u are right your problem will be resolved but i cant provide the information about activation of your no. because of my system problem so please contact another customer executive.

Fourth Executive:
i told him about everything i have been through so please tell me when my problem will be resolved. he said firstly u have to make a recharge of RS.200 from aircel office, and then he will resolve your problem. So i gave my complain no. and told about my previous informations given by other executives. he said your complaint is of NETWORK PROBLEM… what is this?

i said to him you guys are misinforming me so i want to talk to your head officer. he said he’s not present right now.

so simply disconnected the call and writing you a complaint.. please help me as soon as possible.
