Dear all,
I purchased a laptop of Dell Inspiron N5110 from dell showroom and those guys show me in the dell website that I will get Bluetooth mouse , bluetooth headset , side bag.
However I just got side bag after 2 weeks of purchasing date of laptop.
Now my laptop is approx 3 months old and till now I do not receive my Bluetooth headset and bluetooth mouse.
I talked to the retailer about this he told me that I need to mailed to [email protected] and my Dell Order Confirmation – # 840648651.
I mailed on [email protected] several times but no response from that side regarding my bluetooth headset and bluetooth mouse. Now I want my money back for this as I am tolerating this thing from last 3 months.
