Hi, I am pawan kumar,i am a IIT kanpur student, one month ago i bought a cooler from a shop of kalyanpur, and he had given me one season warranty.my cooler is not working so i called him for service but now he don’t pick up my phone at all and not giving me any response regarding my complaint. Please help me
