Complaint regarding Not providing correct Smart Card now asking for new documets for name change & address change with additional mony of rs. 350/-

Name of company/service: Appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd & Reliance Big TV

I have booked for Reliance Big tv trough your executive Name: Ashwini Nage (09870671312) on 23-02-2011. after clearing of chq no: 380253 your engineer came & install big tv, he told us that smart card has been activate after 24 Hours. same has been not activated for more than 48 Hours, i have inform same to Ashwini but she told me that it will get activated soon. same problem face by me for more than 5 days, then i called to Reliance Big TV call centre and told them all the situation after that they activated same card, but now setoff box not working properly and i am contacting reliance big tv service call centre for last four days but they are asking me to first change the name & address by paying Rs.350/- . why should i pay Rs. 350/-. i want some serious conerne from your end to solve this problem on urgent basis or send me my original card which is booked on my mother name Mrs. Anita Kishor Kamble.

please solve as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against your company.
