I recently purchased samsung mobile phone but i am facing problems in it. The phone is having network problems and is not working properly. The model number is Galaxy ace plus GT-S7500.I get it repaired from the authorised service center also but still i am facing the same problems . I came to know that this other consumers are also facing the same problem with this particular set but the company is not doing anything on this matter. Now it seems that i really did a very wrong judgement by going for samsung mobile and my whole investment is waisted.My mobile number is 9716005415. Sir please do something so that i dont feel cheated
