On 29th Dec.2018 I went to Lakme salon for smoothening and cysteine treatment. Before doing treatment they told me your hairs will look straight. That time offer is going on if on smoothening will spend 3000 more then we can take a combo of smoothening + cysteine which is less than regular charges of cysteine treatment. They told me you will get a flat look but now seems like freezy hairs. After 3 days wash on 1st of Jan they told me if you use products that we gave you will nourish your hairs and keep them straight/smooth always. and you can tie now. On 5th Jan, I took a wash on my hairs with products that they gave me. Wave arise and looks little curls downside of my hair. On that next day, I visited Lakme and ask them about this. They said your hairs are layered based that’s why on tips they look curls which is not a valid reason if I spend money for looking them straight then how it can be possible? After getting wash from salon they give blowdry so hairs look straight, changes occurred when I took a wash in the home. I want my hairs as of my requirement without paying single money. I observed this week also changes on my hairs they look more curls on the downside of hair. I need to resolve this ASAP. Otherwise, I post your review on social media.
