Complaint regarding Fraud, Slow Internet Speed, Invalid Bill Generate without any usage.

Name of company/service: Tikona, Lucknow

I am having slow connection issue since day 1. I am totally disappointed with your service. I had called in your help line number even they are unable to resolve this issue. And after that they are not picking up my calls.
On 10-07-2012 I have visited to Tikona Office,Lucknow. No one have any manners how to talk to the customer.
And I will personally recommend no one to use this Tikona Broadband low quality Internet.
