COMPLAINT REGARDING ELECTRIC BIL TO BEST

DEAR SIR,
I AM OWNING A 160 SQ FEET SPACE IN KALBADEVI,IN WHICH MY I USUALLY RECIEVE AN ELECTRICTTY BILL OF RS 3000 TO 3500, BUT FROM THE LAST 2 MONTHS IN MAY I RECIEVED AN ELECTRIC BILL AROUND 6500, FOR WHICH I COMPLAINTED BEST,BUT THEY TOLD ME TO PAY THE BILL AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND THERE ELECTRICIAN TO COME AND CHECK THE METER FOR WHICH I HAVE COMPLAINT SIX MONTHS BEFORE ALSO FOR FAULTY METER, BUT YET NO ELECTRICIAN HAS COME TO CHECK MY METER AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE BEST OFFICIERS, AFTER PAYING THE ELECTRIC BILL OF AROUND 6500, I RECIEVED AN ELECTRIC BILL OF RS 10911 IN JUNE, WHICH IS OUT OF MY POCKET REACH, FOR WHICH I CONTACTED BEST OFFICERS, AND EVEN GAVE TEHM WRITTEN COMPLAINT AND EVEN GIVEN COMPLAINT ONLINE, FOR WHICH THEY ACCEPTED THE LETTER AND ASSURED ME TO SEND THERE ELECTRICIAN TO SEE THE METER AND CLEAR MY ISSUE, BUT NOW THE DUE DATE HAS COME, AND YET NO ONE HAS COME TO CHECK THE METER WHEN I WENT TO THE C WARD BEST DEPARTMENT, I CONTACTED MANY OFFICERS, BUT THEY ALL TELL ME THE SAME THING, THAT YOU PAY THE ELECTRIC BILL OR THEY WILL CUT MY CONNECTION AND I HAVE TO PAY PENALTY, WE WILL SEND ELECTRICIAN SOON, BUT YET NO ONE HAS COME. PLEASE HELP ME TO COME OUT OF THIS TROUBLE,
