COMPLAINT REGARDING DELIVERING OF WRONG PRODUCT from MYNTRA.COM

TODAY (21.07.2018) IS THIRD TIME THAT I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

I , PRATIK L MONPARA HAD BOOKED AN ORDER OF “” OF SIZE:-11 on DT: 21.06.2018 FROM MYNTRA.COM BY PAYING Rs.1486.52 ONLINE (INVOICE IS ATTACHED HEREWITH).TRACER Men Grey Textile High-Top Running Shoes
ON DT: 28.06.2018 I GOT THE DELIVERY OF THE SAME WITH SIZE NO-9, EVEN THE INVOICE ATTACHED WITH THE PARCEL IS ALSO MENTIONING THE SIZE NO -9.
THOUGH I HAD BOOKED THE ORDER OF SIZE NO-11, I WAS DELIVERED THE SHOES OF SIZE NO-9 ON DATE:-28.06.2018
I ALSO CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE SAME AND ASK THEM TO TAKE THIS SHOES OF SIZE-9 BACK AND REQUESTED TO DELIVER THE SHOES OF SIZE 11, BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER REFUSED TO DOSO.
THOUGH IS THE FAULT OF MYNTRA, THEY WANT THE CUSTOMER TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AS THEY HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.
RATHER THEN SOLVING THE ISSUE MYNTRA CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE’S APPROACH WAS TO JUST GET ESCAPE FROM THIS ISSUE. ONE OF ITS EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS TO INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE AND TO CHECK WHETHER IS IT THE MISTAKE OF CUSTOMER OR NOT , THAT MEANS THAT THEY YOU STILL BELIEVE THAT IT MY FAULT THAT I CHOOSE MYNTRA.
THOUGH I AM REQUESTING THEM TO Give the assurance that to arrange the delivery of the said product in size 11 within the specific time period.”,but they refused to do so.
MYNTRA IS ADVETISE IN THE MEDIA THAT THEY ARE THE BIGGEST FASHIN HUB , EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE REFUDING TO ARRANGE THE ABOVE SAID PAIR OF SHOE IN SIZE-11 WHICH I ORIGINALY ORDERED, THOUGH IT IS THEIR MISTAKE .
THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE AT ALL.

EVEN AFTER EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT ON DT: 10/07/2018 , MYNTRA HAS AGAIN DELIVERED THE WRONG PRODUCT OF SIZE 9. SO AGAIN & AGAIN MYNTRA IS JUST PLAYING WITH THE MONEY AND WITH EMOTION OF CUSTOMER.

SO PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MYNTRA.COM

GRIEVANCE REGARDING THE ABOVE SUBJECT HAS BEEN REGISTERED @ GOI PORTAL HAVING THE BELOW REFERENCE DETAIL. SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST MYNTRA.COM
