Name of company/service: Whirlpool of India Ltd.
This is with reference to several complaints filed with the Whirlpool customer care regarding defects in fully automatic washing machine (Sports Silver) purchased on 10th October 2010 from Dawar International Elecronics Pvt. Ltd. at Gurgaon Haryana. In month of 29th December machine stopped working with error code on display like FE,F1,F2. I have lodged complaint at customer care on the same day with complaint no DL1210027156 and Tele Executive has informed us that the service engineer will contact and resolve the problems within maximum period of 48 hours. To my surprise your engineer came, enjoyed a cup of tea and gone back with a reasoning that water pressure was low that’s the cause, and later once i’ve reported the complaints couple of time, the same engineer agreed that it was due to malfunction of drum’s motor and later he replaced with the part that was not new, but nothing happened and add to this it lead to the instances where temperature increased suddenly upto limit, where one cant touch the machine body with the error displayed PE, then as reported they checked the machine again and said that the heater is gone and needs to be replaced. He came back after 2 weeks with and replaced the heater.and since than its been 1 months now and the machine is lying idle.
Above all now the situation is so pathetic that nobody is ready to hear us and even i have reported the same to Mr. Kapil (Area Manager) and asked for the replacement as this piece is beyond repairable but he refused with unprofessional reassurance that my machine will be fixed and he even boasted of quality check at the end but nothing happend,he did’nt follow up.

I am requesting you with the hope that my complaint is taken seriously and is dealt with the same seriousness, please instruct to people concerned to replace my machine as it has undergone repairs
several times in a short span of first 7 months and kindly also consider that i am not in a position to buy the same product again as i already pitched out Rs.26000 as the price for it.
