Complaint Regarding Connectivity issue not resolved since 2 months

Kindly Look after the matter as i am a regular customer of BSNL broad band and using the service of Broad band, Landline and Mobile of BSNL since last 1 Decade. But from last few problem i am facing a problem regarding connectivity of Broad band in the Below address

I am using BB plan of BB Home Rural Combo ULD 500.
and I am unecessary paying the regular rent in every month .
I have complaint physically to the Office of the BSNL in Silchar. and also via telephon in 1504 , and also to the Nodal officer of cachar circle Mr.L.L.Bhar (9435598250)and (03842260320)but still there is no change in the connectivity issue.
I have visited to below BSNL personnel
1.Mr. Subaiya (JTO)BSNL SILCHAR
2.Mr. Sumitra (BB Section Silchar)
3.Mr. Dutta (SDO silchar)
4.Mr. Faresh (Line men)
