   My mobile No. is 9804846956. I have taken mobile Service from Aircel.
   I have made a ratecutter recharge on Aircel on 06-Mar-2013 at 7:56 A.M.

   Offer is showing in their website on Kolkata Circle :
   Rs. 85 Validity: 90 Days
   Local:
   Aircel to Aircel : 1p/3Sec
   Other Local Calls : 1p/2Sec
   STD calls: 1p/Sec

   Below is the details of transaction.

   207:Txn No. KOR13030607561200214 to Recharge MRP 85 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 87.10 INR, P.F 75.65 INR, Service.Tax 9.35 INR.

   Though the money is deducted from my card, but I have not received facility of Rate Cutter. My Calls still charges at 1.2p/sec.
   When I have inquired at Customer Care (121) they simply behaved very rudely and told me 85 Rs. is not being recharged in my A/c.
   When I made complain at Customer Care (198), they accepted that Rs. 85 is recharged on my A/c. But told me that Ratecutter facility is dropped by Aircel in Kolkata Circle. When I demanded the return back of my money they simply hang up.
   I sincerely request you to take strict action against such illegality and help me to refund the money.

   sir my name is Rahul gupta i have mob. no. 8432850026 and on 11th jan 2018 aircel india has deduct 30 rs. And 9 rs. Deduct on 13th jan 2018 from my main account without my permission and when i called costmar care for return my balance but they only make complaint about deactivate this servise and not refund my balance .Again I comlaint to custmar care for refund my balance but he is ignore me.So please do needful.
