On 18th September 2010 , i submitted my Sony ericsson cell phone handset No.C-903 vide work order no.SE 31002116517 dated 18.9.2010, at your service centre NEERU ENTERPRISES, P-21, K.F.C. Basement situated in Sector 18 Nodia, UP . The problem in the cell phone was that the display was out of order and not working and i requested the people based in your service centre to repair the same .They assured me that the said problem of display will be corrected shortly within 10-15 days. Now, one moth or more has been lapsed. I am visiting the service centre regularly as and when they called me. On each time, they make excuse on one pretext or the other .
I am waiting for a positive reply from your service centre . As no other option left , i touched base with your customer care . It has been a month now as stated above, i am waiting for my cell phone to get repaired , but there has been no support from your end . It has been a pathetic experience after buying of your company phone. I m really sorry for your poor and unreliable service. I request you to please repair my cell phone as soon as possible , and i want to sell the cell phone and purchase another cell phone of other brand and i swear not to buy a cell phone again of your brand and also suggest not to buy of your brand. I hope my complaint does not fall on deaf ears, because I have suffered enought and I am sure that Sony Ericcson is a very good company and they should do something about it. kindly look in the matter as i am facing harassment at the hands of your service centre poeple.
