Name of company/service: airtel DTH
Iam uday shankar having a airtel dth services with HD setup box.
when i call to customer care there response is very poor and with out
my notice they deducted amount on my account where i recharge services
with 500 rupees 15 days back(on 25th may 2012) and my daily burning is
only 10.80 rupees. now as on 10th june my account balance is only
38rupees. which is concern for me. put me hold and they cut my phone
twice when i ask why you people are minus my account with out my
notice. my customer id is 3008085746 and my register mobile number is
customer service executives are asking me the package which i want but
my question is how a customer is know the all packages launched by
airtel vigorously in daily basis. they are not even send the updates
via mail/message are a call.
And one more in i have airtel dth service account when i going to
access that it will never open/time out/logout and in maintenance.
in all above how a person tolarate and how long
please do need full ASAP and ream-bass my money from airtel dth services.
