COMPLAINT OF UN-AUTHORISED SERVICE PROVIDER

Location/place: Sai-Suraj-15, Saibaba Complex, Goregaon (East), Mumbai 400063

Name of company/service: AquaSure- Water Purifier

On 19-6-12 I had purchased AquaSure-Eureka Forbes Crystal Water Purifier which was under warranty up-to 27-6-2012. On 5-5-12 Mr. Singh of NS AQUA SOLUTION had visited my residence as Authorised Person of Aqua & changed the candal carbon of WP. He has charged me Rs.2200 & issued receipt no.1077 dtd 5-5-12. On 2nd or 3rd July I had received a call from Mr. Anil of AquaSure for servicing of WP on which I had informed him about visit of Mr. Singh. However Mr. Anil told me that Singh is not authorised person to provide services & suggested me to contact Singh to get return of Rs. 2000 after deducting Rs.200 as service charges dtd.5-5-12. This is highly irregular. The Authorised Persons of AquaSure & other service providers are cheating to the costumers. How an un-authorised person knows that warranty of my WP is expiring in June 12? Why Aqua Sure Authorities are not cautioning to customers about un-authorised service providers which may damage WP.

For strict action please.

    Same incident happened with me dated 6th March 2015 and it was same unauthorized dealer ‘NS AQUA SOLUTION’

    Regarding this I contacted to ‘Eureka Forbes’ and they said that the if that water purifier is purchased from local shop then in that case our product info like its warranty period, our address, contact no. etc get easily shared with unauthorized service providers like ‘NS AQUA SOLUTION’. If we bought a product directly from ‘Eureka Forbes’ then there are may not any chances of unauthorized dealer intervene.
    Also ‘Eureka Forbes’ said its customers job to lodge FIR against ‘NS AQUA SOLUTION’ and then ‘Eureka Forbes’ will help us to fight them. Becoz ‘NS AQUA SOLUTION’ will never mention they are from ‘Eureka Forbes’ in any kind of written
    docs like receipt or anything but orally the says that they are from ‘Eureka Forbes’ and in legal fight ‘Eureka Forbes’ cant prove it its illegal w/o customers support.
