complaint of Sagar Ratna

dear sir,

we had gone from Delhi to Mansurrie for vocation and visited Sagar Ratna on mall road on 13th june. we had taken three ice creams of vadilal and one of the ice cream was bad to taste and had foul smell. we had asked for Manager for Complaint (Vimal) but he did not come out, after too much of insisting he came out and said ( go and lodge the complaint to Vadilal) when we were trying to explain to him he shouted as well as started abusing us and when we shouted back whole of the sagar ratna staff came forward to raise hands on us. some how we managed to get rid off at that time because i was with my family and kids.

pl look into the matter as this is really not appreciable act the way these people behaved with the tourist.
