Complaint of Broadband Service

Location/place: Nalbari,Assam

Name of company/service: B.S.N.L

We have got a Broad band Connection Under National Mission Education (N.M.E)Project in Nalbari town,Assam.The Name of our Institution is Nalbari Law College.The Phone no is (03624)224866.But the broadband service was always interrupted because of the negligence of the nearest telephone exchange,i.e. Nalbari Telephone exchange.We have complaint about this several times but they did not give any response.We are helpless.So,I request you to take necessary action.
