Hello team,
This is regarding IFB Washing machine.
I have raised a complaint on 3rd Nov 2012 – complaint no. 10214149.
Service engineer attended on 6th November and mentioned that the board has to be replaced.
I have made several calls to the engineer but only to be assured that it will be done in 2-3 days time.
This has repeated several times.
So far the board has not been replaced.
I have called the Customer Relations today only to find out that complaint no. 10214149 has been closed on 6th November itself.
It is ridiculous that the complaint has been closed without rectifying the problem.
Hope you understand the problem of having a washing machine unserviceable for almost three weeks.
The service centre at Hyderabad has been of little help as the number is either switched off or engaged.
Based on the advise of the CR exec, a new complaint has been lodged.
Request you to kindly address the issue immediately.
