Complaint again Nokia Customer Care, Noida

Hi All;

I am Pushkar Agarwal from Noida and would like share that Nokia Care in Sector -2, Noida is the worst service provider. Recently I had purchased a Nokia Hands free BH-110 and found that it was not working. I went to the Nokia care at Sec-2 in noida on 15th April 2014 and gave it for the free replacement under warranty (The Job sheet no. is 153433527/140415/42 dated 15th April 2014). They told me that it will approx. 10 days to replace the same. When I visited again on 1st May 2014, Ms. Neha, customer executive told me that it has still not come and will provide same in the next week and asked me to call and check before coming. Today (14th May 2014) even after 1 month when I called them, the executive there told me that I can collect my Bluetooth Handsfree. When I visited again today, they gave me the old Bluetooth, when I checked the same, it was still in the same condition and was not working. Not only this, the accessories were also not there along with the Bluetooth. The customer Support Mr. Neeraj there told me no other Bluetooth is available and I can come after some days to collect the same.
When I called up their manager Ms. Sunita, she was not available in office and when I called her up she said no body is picking up the call in office, when I told her that I myself is at their office, she abruptly disconnected my call and didn’t received my call again after that.
If I calculate I had spent more on my car fuel then the Bluetooth cost. Still Nokia had not given any assurance, when they will replace my Bluetooth.
Being such a big mobile company with presence all over the world, I don’t except this kind of service from Nokia. I would request Nokia higher management to take strict action against their Nokia Care at Sector -2, Noida.
