Complaint against mobile retailer & insurance company

This is to kindly inform you that, I , Ms. N. A. Parmar had purchased htc one mini mobile handset of Rs.29990/- from MobileWala(Baroda,Gujarat) on 10th march 2014 On the same day I insured the handset for one year with apps daily.
With the passage of time it suffered with heating issue and screen was broken. I had claimed for insurance on 8th march 2015 with necessary documents. I very well know that on 10th march 2015 my handset was at htc Mumbai. I received my handset after a month without any kind of repairing.
Recently on 5th Oct 2015 I received an email and sms from the insurance company that I may submit the necessary documents of the mobile within 7 days in order to get it repaired. If I fail to do so my claim regarding insurance would be closed. On the same day we met the employees Mr. Parth, Ms.Bijal and Mr. Nikunj at apps daily insurance service center which is located at Safftron tower fatehganj Vadodara.
THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE ISSUE IS ABOUT THE MOBILE INSURANCE ACTIVATION DATE.
THEY STATED THAT MY HANDSET WAS ACTIVATED ON 13TH NOV. 2013.
STRANGE !!!!
Ultimately they asked us to visit the retailer, MobileWala. Before I entered the retailer shop I received a phone call from Mr. Nikunj that their manager Mr. Deep Shah who is the manager at apps daily insurance would give us a phone call. After that I got a call from Mr. Deep Shah that the said MOBILE INSURANCE ACTIVATION DATE was not for our case, it was someone else’s issue.
Next day I visited apps daily insurance center. I was told that my insurance had expired. On inquiring about the reason they told me the same thing. Then I contacted apps daily customer care. The customer care informed that there lies MOBILE ACTIVATION DATE ISSUE. Again I had telephonic talk with Mr. Deep Shah. He told me that the insurance has expired and asked for two days in order to collect detailed content for the case.
To hell with the insurance and the claim period.
My real question is IF I HAD PURCHASED THE HANDSET WHICH COSTED A HUGE AMOUNT OF Rs.30,000/- APPROX, THEN WHY HAD IT BEEN ACTIVATED ON 13TH NOV. 2013. HOW CAN IT BE ACTIVATED BEFORE 4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE? Why this kind of serious issue has occurred??? The sole responsibility lies with the mobile retailer.
Secondly, as per the rules of insurance company any mobile could be covered under insurance within 15 days of mobile activation date. Let me remind you that as the insurance company states that my mobile activation date is 13th Nov. 2013, then how they could cover my mobile under insurance after 4 months i.e. 10th Mar 2014. This subject comes under a transparent fraud issue. Who is responsible for all this matter???? How shall I get the benefit of the insurance that was claimed????
I request you to look in to the matter personally and get it resolved as soon as possible.

    Sir i have purchage mi protection one assist insorens but this ompany is fake do not help me
    Plz stop this one assist mobile insorens company

    Hi sir
    I am Raviteja from Vijayawada I bought mobile phone along with insurance.At that time they said it covers claim up to 18 month,but suddenly they restricted for 12 months only.Please suggest how I proceede legally with this issue.
