dear sir
i have regularly placed complaint to godrej customer care and being attended by service person but everytime new problem is created by them and the orginal problem remains intact. i am not getting proper service and engineer is not able to solve problem completely.
service engineer from company has visited more then 20 times for clearing same problem in last 6 months and still problem is intact and same as day 1.
He has completely destroyed internal system by opening it several times and everytimes ask for some new part installation on free basis under contract or chargeble basis.
i request you to kindly force company to get it clear completely as it is under service contract so i can make proper use of same without any complain.
i gave complains in the godrej upto top level but not yet recieved single call from them and same technician keep on attending and not able to solve the complete problem.
pls do the needful as i think it is manufacturing defect and need to be replaced or repair fully by the company with or without service contract as i have already paid for service contract.My service contract is valid upto february 2011.
