Refer to my order no: 701112194 with Ferns N Petals.
The order was placed on July 2, 2012 for delivery on July 3, 2012 at Whitefield, Bangalore. The order was not delivered and when enquired about it, came to that Vendor in Bangalore denied to deliver the same. This was on July 3, 2012. The same day i requested for cancellation and refund against the order given. It was told to me that the said request will be done in 4-5 working days. The amount of refund is INR. 1299.00
Its been 15 days now and till my amount is not refunded. Been following up with customer care people and also writing mails every alternate day. I have not received any positive feedback yet from FNP. All they say is your transaction is under process. Also they ask me to have patience. I did waited for long time with lot of patience.
Hence, I request you to kindly solve this issue and assure that in future nobody should suffer the way i did. I already spent lot of money in making calls to customer care of FNP.
Pls look into this issue.
