complaint aginst sony service center

Sir,
I lodge request for reinstallation of SONY LCD Monitor model no EX300, 26″ size at my new add at Toll-free consumer service center 18001037799 with request ID 12297587 first time on 28/11/2012 with installation fees of Rs. 350/- approx incldng TAX . When i didnt get any response after 48 Hours, they informed me that my request is cancel citing silly excuse that my number was unattented. Second request ID 12321497 was registed. When I didnt get any response again, they again gave silly excuse that my number was not-reachable. Then I contact the SONY SERVICE CENTER-“TECHSHOP”( contact no 03612528620) at Rajgarh, Guwahati, their I got the real issue of rejecting my earlier two request- they are asking approx the double the insatllation fees( Rs. 575/-). The TECHSHOP service center is fraudly giving excuse for my request to charge double installation fees.
