Sir,I purchased a mobile Nokia C1 online from themobilestore.in and the amount of Rs.2367 was deducted from my account and I was said the mobile will be delivered at my address on 18-07-2012 but I was not delivered the same and on talking to supervisor Mr.kiran on 24-07-2012 he said that your address is beyond the reach of Indian postal service but to my knowledge still I send letters and rakhi through post at this address and I was said that I will receive my money back on 12-8-2012 isn’t it ridiculous for their processing of refund if they area not able to deliver why should customer suffer because of them
